usb ports

Hi
i have an ipod and when it is connected it dosn't show up that it is there (in itunes)
i have xp home and the usb ports work but the ipod dosn't show up
any suggestions?

I guess the first thing you could try is re-installing your iPOD drivers, and see if that works. You could also try using different USB ports on your PC.

i have tried changing the usb port and it dosn't work - i'll try the drivers and see if it works
