I added a user to a Windows ME computer. The new user does not have access to Microsoft Office XP Pro & Microsoft Publisher XP. I located the exe icon in Windows Explorer and created a shortcut. However, when I attempt to open the program, the message states that the program is not installed for this user (I am not quoting the message exactly because I am not at that computer now). How can I make all programs available for any new user that I set up on this computer? Will I have the same problem in Windows XP Home?
