Forward OUTLOOK

I am trying to find a way to forawrd mailbox emails to an alternate email address without it going into an inbox.  For example, if a sales person need to get his email from a server, but does not have an office computer to forward it from an inbox.  How can I get the server to forward the email to an alternate email address.

Or you can just use an IMAP connection to your mail server, meaning you can collect email from anywhere you can take a laptop and connect to the internet.
