    I wouldn't say ANY version, but I cant say that for sure.
    But I am sure that it is included in Windows 98 Windows Update.
    Hook that old Windows 98 computer to the Internet, and give Windows Update a run on it and see if it downloads.

      u cannot install the newest version of .NET FRAMEWORK on a win98 machine. the prior version (i believe is V 1.1) u can run. so anything that needs any version higher than 1.1, ur screwed. :P
