    I am working on setting up a server at home and im not sure what to put in the first 2 fields.

    Are you planning to allow people to connect to your web server (e.g. using DynDNS)?

      Set up your domain first with DynDNS.  Check the wildcard option.  You can then put network domain and web address as you would expect.
