Hi,

I was curious about your error cos I thought I'd seen it b4 somewhere.  Anyway, google checks etc got me no further than the fact it is a Hewlet Packard related product.  If you have any HP products installed (especially anything CD related), have a check to see if they're working correctly.

Good luck.

Found the answer at a unique little web site :

answersthatwork.com

They have an index of tasks that run ... click on the "t" - you will find that it is a utility loaded with HP CD/DVD drives, allowing the user to write directly to the optical unit ....  they also recommend a solution....
