I just bought a XFX GeForce 6200 512 mb Video Card and I cant get it to work and i'm getting real fustrated because I cant seem to get any strait answers out of XFX so I though I would ask someone here so this is my computer in detail .
MSI MS-6570E Main Board
AMD 3200 XP Athlon
2 gb of Kingston Memory
2 SATA 160gb Maxtor HD
HP DVD-RW with LightScribe
LiteOn DVD-ROM
LiteOn 52x32x52
and I'm trying to replace a Aopen GeForce 5700 256mb Video but this 6200 that I got crashed my computer when I first installed it and when it is istalled it gives me 4 bit grafix andi cant change anything I cant even put in the new updated drivers and windows gives me a error code of 12 and says I have to turn off some IRQ's or change the but you cant change the in Windows XP .
This might also be helpful but the Fed Ex box was Damaged when it arrived at me house but nothing inside looked to be damaged .
I hope some one here has had something like this happen to them .
