Lets get this straight: Computer Hope is not about providing answers to every computer question conceivable.  Computer Hope is about solving I.T. problems.  This does not look like an I.T. problem to me - it looks like (yet another) homework question.

      Rant over.

      Try this site: http://webplus.dvd-recordable.org/index.php

I see no sarcasm in this thread.

You'll stop seeing the rants if you do your own research, and use Computer Hope for its intended purpose.

Did you read my second post " I don't ever post without researching myself already and i have already searched those terms on google without getting any description or defination for DVD Super Multi "

And your first post which states "This does not look like an I.T. problem to me - it looks like (yet another) homework question "
What do u mean homework, that's the second time you have said that, if it seems a lengthy question/answer no one is forcing you to answer a whole book or even answer. If users go to the lengths to provide help to noobs like me then that's the success for any website/forum. Good useful help is always appreciated no matter how rude you are, and i have always appreciated your help "robpomeroy". Sorry if this got off on the wrong foot.

You'll have to excuse Rob. You see, we have a lot of people who come here for answers to their homework. When we see a questions that matches yours, sometimes it's hard to believe that it's not a homework question. Sadly, I cannot help you with this question, as I am not well informated on the product you're looking for. I suggest waiting for another member to post.

Sorry - my responses do appear to be unduly harsh, on re-reading.

As far as I have been able to tell, "DVD Super Multi" is a proprietary term used (by Toshiba, for example) for multiple-format combo drives.  In other words, ones that can handle DVD-RW, DVD+RW and DVD-RAM.

Good to have you back "robpomeroy", you have admitted that you were a little harsh and that's what makes you a good person. I understand exactly what DVD Super Multi is. Thx for all the replies gentlemen :)
