I remember that, after putting together my PC, I complained about the fact that my 200GB hard drive only reported 189GB. I remember also that I was provided a link, it's apparently a difference in how bytes are measured or something like that. However, I've forgotten this and I've gone back 60 pages in the forum; I found my first post since I got back to CH but I have yet to find that particular thread. Can I get a reminder here?
