Unrecoverable Error

Every time I Try to install SouthWest Airlines "DING" program I get this error..."unrecoverable Error:Unable to load "Ding" configuration files.

I guess e-mail them. I think you are the only one who has posted that question in the last year!  ;)

Seriously, it looks straightforward enough. Maybe you got a bad download. Try downloading it again.

I waited 2hrs apart for 3 days and still get that error

Try to clean you registry (take out all keys connected  SouthWest Airlines program)
But dont forget to back-up first the keys before deleting them

I did that but still no better. I put the link (copy&paste) to Ding could you try it once?
