Converting msi to exe

I'm trying to write a script that runs an install with administrative rights. The problem is you can't use the "run as" command if it is an msi file. Is it possible to change the msi file to an executable?

I don't think there's really a way to convert a msi to an exe. You could try installsite.org, they may have something your trying to look for.
