when i go into bios it does list the correct boot drive. All it list is floppy or CDrom drive.  I just got a new motherboard because i was told that was the issue. Same thing is coming as before.  Any know how i can correct this issue?

Is the hard drive loaded with Windows from the other motherboard? That will probably not work anyway.

Are you sure the hard drive is jumpered correctly? Is it seen correctly in the BIOS? What happened prior to all of this? Any monkeying about inside the case? Are you the only one with access to this computer.

Some info, actually any info, would be helpful.  ;)
