                      I dont know how anyone could make heads or tails out of those log files.... :-?

                      try deleting it from your registry by:

                      open start menu > click run > type regedit > find it under > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > then figure out who made the software, find that folder, delete it, then try to uninstall, if there is no folder, then goto program files or where ever its installed, and look for the missing .exe, if it is missing, delete everything to do with the program piece by piece and attempt to re install, i have had to do this with many programs...

                      How about zipping it up and posting so it will be one continuous coherent file.  ;)

                        I actually did that for a few hours this afternoon, didnt help....

                          I use 7-Zip, I have to figure out how to Zip a file...
