ok:
every time i play a flash player sound effect it keeps playing even after i close the window the only way to shut it down is to close all IE windows, or close in-player [not availible in most times], which is frastraiting.


i tried re installing the player, but with no sucsess.

Do you use any spyware removal tools to keep your system clean?  

You might try simply running Windows Disk Cleanup; be sure to include temporary internet files in the cleanup.  For a third-party cleaner that inludes some cleanup of Windows registry, try CCleaner.
