1. Where is the task bar located ?

2. How do you resize a window ?

3. What is a drop down menu and how do you use it ?

4. Tell me exactly how i can open a seperate or additional browser session if i already have one running.  


5. What software is most freqeuntly used ?

6. what tpes of files and programs can be downloaded

Opera click File>>new window
IE- click file>>new>>window[/highlight]

www.howstuffworks.com is also very helpful. Video Professor can also give you a nice tutorial on using Windows if you need more hand holding.
