    what excactly are proxy servers and how do they work? and how do you make them?

    How to make one?  Pick a programming language.  Learn about internet data transfer protocols.  Learn how to use the programming library for your chose protocol (or suite of protocols).  Get programming.

    Web proxies are the most common kind of proxy nowadays.  Google for "web proxy script" and you'll even find some scripts written that you can learn from.
    Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
