Back-Up Favorites in Internet Explorer

Hello__Iwant to format my Hard Drive and reinstall WinXP Pro. Is there a way to backup and save my favorites in Internet Explorer 7?

You've got to use that google button.

IE7 may be different, but I doubt it.
