Blocked out Of A Website

Recently, I noticed that I cannot get on to a certain site. It's a web fan site. I haven't had any trouble with other sites at all. Just this one recently. Before I never had a problem with the site. I've been active reading the site for about 8 years now. When I get on to the site wheather it's Internet Explorer or Firefox. The webpage opens, yet not completely. Then the whole browser is closed out. I cannot figure out why? I've check my Anti-virus. It doesn't seem to be that. I'm running the latest version of PC-Chilin. I also use Webroot Spy Sweeper. I cannot find anything in there either. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen. Here is the webpage address.

It worked fine for me. Try this in IE:

1. Start          
2. Settings          
3. Control Panel          
4. Internet Options          
5. Security tab          
6. Reset all 4 security zones to Default

3. Control Panel          
4. Internet Options        
5. Privacy        
6. Restore 1 Default button        
      
1. Start          
2. Settings          
3. Control Panel          
4. Internet Options          
5. Advanced          
6. Restore 1 Default button        
      
You may need to do the following as well

3. Control Panel          
4. Internet Options          
5. General tab          
6. Remove cookies, temporary files and history
