system32 folder opens on startup

I also have the same problem as cobberhead. My system32 file opens on startup. It just started doing that for no reason. I did not restore or download anything. What ever caused it won't let me get rid of it. Any suggestions?? I'm runing windows xp

     :D :D Thank you very much. I bet I spent a whole day searching that sight and all I ever found were problems about receiving error messages.  If it had been a snake I guess I would have been biten. Again , Thanks
