Problem with pcmcia
« on: July 10, 2006, 04:44:41 PM »
Hello and thank for your time
I´m trying to install a pcmcia conceptronic csp480c2 in a notebook Hyundai HN-5000
The notebook as amd k6-266 with 32MB ram
The OS system is Windows Millenium and it shows in device manager
"Bridge Trident Omega 82C094 PCI to PCMCIA".
The board bios is a "SystemsoftCorporation ver. 1.01.26 05-25"
In divices at the bios show a floppy drive, hard disc,
serial port 1, irDA (HPSIR), parallel port, audio port,
midi port and wave table. Does not show pcmcia settings.
Thanks

A K6-266 with 32 meg. is not enough to run Windows ME, and well below the system requirements. I would suggest checking system requirements for the card to see if it does not meet that either.   ;)
