Unwanted internet music playing

I have an internet radio station running as soon as I turn on my computer.  I've searched programs and have run both spysubtract and registry mechanic to find and eliminate this music station.  This was to no avail.  What else can I try?

Try posting a lot more information about the machine, internet connection, operating system, malware protection, etc.

Next try thinking about what happened before this and consider if a system restore to a time before this started would help. YOu didn't say if it was days, or monthes, or.....
