Where does Windows keep the temporary file during an audio/video streaming?
I found that some streaming reloaded immediately while some have to reload all over again.

Couldn't find any trace in all Temp folders found.

As I know the temporary files are deleted as soon as the buffering is done.
What I'm looking for is the file while it is still buffering.

I don't think you're going to be able to do much with a FIFO I/O buffer, wherever it's stored... but have you looked under Temporary Internet Files (Internet Explorer)?
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
