I have a question about video editing.

Can anybody recommend a good program to edit DVDs?  I’ve taped a lot of stuff off TV and I’d like to be able to edit out the commercials.  I’m just a beginner so I would like something that is user friendly and not overly expensive.

You can use Vidomi to delete those sections.  It's listed in the software FAQ - click the link in my signature.
