HP PAVILLION 7960 RECOVERY DISCS NEEDED!!!

Please help. I need recovery discs for an HP PAVILLION 7960. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?!! My friend's computer crashed and he really needs theses discs. I'd like to suprise him with the recovery discs   :-?

Try HP or eBay. That's your best bet. What version of Windows is this? You may want to surprise him by getting a real Windows CD instead of a recovery disc set. I would certainly prefer that.

(Except that recovery CDs generally do a better job when it comes to installation of drivers.)

I had a ***** of a problem with an Acer and an IBM.  Both came with XP Home; upgraded both to Pro; installed drivers from respective vendors' websites; no sound.  Gave up in the end because pretty sounds ain't that important in a solicitors' office...

I suppose that kinda handy for you rob, whilst sitting there behind your computer , and interviewing a Client you can be playing Quake, and they don't know because theres no sound
