DCOM errors in event viewer

Can somone tell me what DCOM event error 10000 is the Event viewer under system. Im using windows xp home and would like to know how to get rid of this problem.

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {FB7199AB-79BF-11D2-8D94-0000F875C541}. The error:
"The system cannot find the file specified. "
Happened while starting this command:
"C:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exe" -Embedding

Well it goes back quite some months. It has something to do with windows messenger. Could it be, because i put a command in start run box to disable the windows messenger. Its just i couldnt stop it from starting using msconfig, or anything else. Below is what most people recommend to get rid of this windows messenger junk. Is there away to stop these errors now, or will i just have to live with them and if i do have to, will they cause any computer problems.

Start/run (you can either type or copy and paste this in the run box) RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove press ok, and now it will ask you to restart the computer and select ok, msmsg.exe will be gone.

Ok thanks for that program. Just one more thing. Once i have pressed disable on the program, can i now close the program or do i have to leave it running to keep it disbled.
