I'm not sure of the motherboard model but it uses a PIII I think.
cant be a P3, has to be P4 or celeron D, realtek's AC'97 audio is usually 6 channel output (5.1 surround), or a 2.0, either way, it was ONLY used on mobos with a 478, or above socket type
EDIT: i know this simply because my MSI board uses AC'97 audio, works great usually, and i love the Software EQ, but, i have had some issues with this chipset, nothing major, just a few minor issues, mostly when the computer was used by multipul people with multipul accounts
