      1.       Connect your iPod to your computer
      2.       Go into My Computer
      3.       Find the iPod removable media drive
      4.       There should be a folder for your music somewhere. Open it
      5.       Find all the music files you want, and copy them to your computer
      6.       Double check file existence on your computer, and then in the iPod options, REFORMAT IT!

Well, I have to say then, that no music exists on your iPod at all. Does any music play? Perhaps its a hidden file...

          In the drive folder:

          Click Tools>Folder Options
          Then click the VIEW tab
Then "Show Hidden Files and System Folders"

          And look! Picture directions!

Do any of those folders have music in them?

see if you can attach one in a ZIP file and email it to me, or attach it here.

I may be able to open it.
