When trying to reinstall windows xp I recieved an error message during disk one. It ask if output was A:/ghosterr.txt. When I push yes it tells me cannot read. If i push no it tells me to insert disk and goes back to the output question.once I tried to reinstall it erased my hard drive so i cannot boot to anything but dos and bios. any suggestions would be great. I have contacted the manufacturer and they were no help.
