outlook address book
« on: August 22, 2006, 03:30:20 PM »
I am experiencing difficulties viewing my address books.  The address books are there, I can look at them, but when I try to add them to the folder list to show the folder as an E-mail address book, this option is non selectable.  any suggestions?

How do you look at them?  In Outlook or outside of Outlook?  Did you create them in Outlook or outside of Outlook?

what version of outlook are you using?  Are you just trying to see your Address Book (or Contacts) in the folder list?

Have a look in the Control Panel, under Mail.  There are several significant things you can do there, including specifying the data storage files for email, contacts, etc.
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
