i have an unwated toolbar at the bottom of my screen that i cant get rid of. And my MSWord will not open along with other programs can anyone help me.

right click on this unwanted tool bar.....properties what do it tell you.....i would download these stinger from nail.com spysweeper from webroot.com and shredder from thespykiller.co.uk   and run them....
