     honvetops....... If your mobo has a 24 pin socket .......... why would you only use 20 pins ?
    [highlight]Have you checked your mobo manual ...that info will be in there ......[/highlight]
    If you are still unsure , please post a link to your exact mobo manual and we can confirm which way to go .

      deleted post, i went ahead and connected the 20 and on other side of mobo connected the 4 pin to an area I think powers the graphics card ~ (just like the original connection was) oh well, it works, thanks*
