i got my phone and i found motorola phone tools so i could custimize it more but it won't let me run it i get the error message

The procedure entry point ?adddialogheader@@YG_NPAUHWND__@@PAUDialogHeader@@@Z could not be found loccated in the dynamic library bvrpctln.dll.

any ideas i woud be most greatful

There's a DLL missing that it needs...try uninstalling and re-installing the software.
If you DLoaded the software i would do it again...sometimes packets go missing.
