Error Message

I'm having no problems with the running of my computer at all, however when I shut down I am getting an error message on the top of my screen.  The error message is in a black box outlined in red.  It says word for word - Script Failure.  Press left moust button to continue.  Guru Meditation #0021.00000401.10 Script Fatal Error.  Scripts/main.maki.  I am running Windows XP on and AMD, Athlon Processor.  Ewido, CCleaner, Ad-Aware, and Spybot have all been run recently.  Anyone have any ideas?

From a quick search I did (and I mean fast    several of the references came up Winamp.  Have you upgraded / downloaded / installed Winamp lately?

Might check msconfig and see if there is any reference to it there & turn if off.
