Didn't know what other forum to put this in.

You know how you can hit "Alt+D" (at least in IE and FF) and highlight what's in the address bar?

In Google, is there a command (particularly an FF-friendly command) to highlight the search bar?

In other words, you load Google, run a search, and then you have a page full of stuff. Now, if you want to add/modify/delete to the search terms and run another search, you have to move your mouse up to the window and do it.

I'm a keyboard-shortcut guy... I'd much rather hit like "Alt+S" and highlight the whole dang search. Is there a way?

Dan: You're gonna need to get someone to fix my computer.                     Kim: What's wrong with it?                     Dan: It's in several pieces on my floor.

Press TAB 8 times...  If you use something like AutoHotKey (see the software FAQ), you could create your own macro to do that and assign it to a keybaord shortcut.

And what does right-shift do for you in this situation?
