diagnostic, repair download Win98

Is there a download to see what is wrong with system and possibly repair?  Also need download to remove spyware and virus from system.  Need free downloads.  HP computer, Win 98.  Thank you.

    Lots of spyware and probable viruses...everything really slow, dial up, win 98 Just need a free program to eliminate, scan, and protect.

    Do you have a real Windows CD to reinstall, if necessary. It would be even better and may solve a few other problems as well, if this is the original operating system install.
