Buy a 7500 GS or something that is compatible with your system. High end GFX cards are actually cheapert than youd think with all the new technology. Only about 100$.

As for your question... Probably not. either that or you'd lag out after 5 seconds.

I used to own an SLI set up of two XFX 6600LE PCI-E videocards and they were barely enough to handle Battlefield 2. I doubt your videocard is up for the task.

I would give you the specifications to compare the 6600LE with yours, but apparantly, the Internet has been consumed by crappy sales people who don't know what they're selling and only list the most obvious things they probably steal from other websites.  

I believe it was somewhere around 500Mhz memory, 250Mhz core and 4 pixel pipelines. It had a lot of trouble dealing with explosions (The APC shooting would lag me to death) so I really think you should invest some more if you want to play BF2 at a higher level.. Something along the lines of a 7600GT.

I played on a computer with a fx5600 before. It ran... barely. I suppose it also depends upon the rest of your system spec (the comp had a celeron and we all know what they are like). Like I told you, the 5700 can play battlefield smoothly, even if the graphics settings aren't too impressive.

You'll be hard-pressed to find a better graphics card for PCI only.

Edit: half the website says it is PCI the other half AGP :-? So be careful before you buy. Well now you have an idea what to look for at least.
