how can i resume task manager.....pls help

i cant find my task manager.....even ctrl+alt+del is not working, ctrl+run also not working...my anti virus is working fine and showing no virus on my pc, pls help  some budy........give some help.......

You mention antivirus...but how about antispyware?  Do you have any of the following:

Adaware / Spybot / Ewido / Spywareblaster

When did you start having problems / have all the updates from M$?

it should be located in:

C:\windows\system32
The name of it is "taskmgr".

Post some more questions if you have any?  

EDIT: BTW, I have no idea what kind of keyboard your using, but I've never heard of "Ctrl + Run". Acording to my knowledge there is no such thing as a "Run" button on your keyboard. Correct me if I'm wrong.
