Inserting image in to main body of text

How do I insert an image in the main body of the text without having attach the file?

Use the IMG tag, with the url inbetween. for example:

[.img.]www.yoursitehere.com/yourpic.jpg[/.img.]

Except that you'd remove the periods and substitute your own URL.
