Any type of presentation requires you to understand how you can influence people with colours and figures.. I suggest you look at a lot of advertisements that are catchy before you build anything to show to potentional customers.

It's not that bad, the information seems good, but you need to learn to work with different colours and shapes to make it look more attractive.

I don't know, it depends on what you want to show. Powerpoint is for building presentations, flash can be used for nearly everything but people do need a flash player. You have a powerpoint viewer for most systems which you can download for free from Microsoft.com
