This thread is going on WAAAAAY too long.
Read Fed's note, read the manual and see it your components are even compatible. IF they are, and only if they are then proceed:
Strip the machine to basics, motherboard, CPU/fan, 1 stick of memory and one videocard with the PSU. Go into BIOS and set to safe mode.
Does it work? If so, then and a hard drive and install Windows. If that works, introduce only ONE variable at a time until it fails. Then you will have your guilty party. Change only ONE BIOS setting at a time, reboot and use it a bit to see it it continues to function.
When you sla,m all the pieces together and it doesn't work, it can be difficult to find the problem.
Do the drill exacly as above and post back.
