Where can you find it?  You'll find some of the popular small business accounting packages such as QuickBooks, Peachtree Accounting, Simply Accounting, and others, at CompUSA, Best Buy, Staples, OfficeMax, etc.

The only one for Windows platforms that is free is TurboCash.  And you need a degree to be able to use it...
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
