Everything's sideways

My friend's cat jumped on her keyboard and now everythings sideways as if she turned her monitor 90 degrees. She's restarted, but to no avail. How is this fixed?

Shoot the cat...but be careful they move pretty fast...

Then re-install the video drivers...

Control + Alt + arrow key works sometimes, if you do not have a video adjustment from your graphics card.  ;)
