    how do i change the burn speed of nero burner??

      After you've chosen the files to burn  / choose next / in the middle of the page you should see something like Writing Speed / to the left of that is the choice box

        Nero will adjust the burner according to the quality / speed of the media...if you are getting no choices it's probably generic disks.

          i tried an hour later and i was able to change the speed when i burned fedora by right clicking and opening with nero burner

          Well keep in mind you will get different responses from Nero Burner and Nero Express....chalk it up to layers of idiotproofing software for the masses.
