It looks like an error generated by their php code.
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.

I guessed that much myself. I've seen similar errors back when I attempted to learn PHP (and if I ever get time, I will try again). But that was because of some odd MySQL Problem. But I can't get to PCGM's PHP code -- hmm. Maybe I can. I'll certainly try, but I doubt I'll find it. Not that it'll do much good other than to know what's wrong.

EDIT: Why, oh why did I forget this?

(I was going to say that...)

A simple code in PHP can make the same results as a train running into a bulder, it stops everything.

Hopefuly, it will be back up again.
