Enlarging the capacity of "my pictures".

My OS is Windows XP.  Is there a way to enlarge the capacity of "My Pictures" so that it will hold more pictures?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

    Gayle.....How many pics do you have in your My Pictures Folder and how many folders have you created in there .......I have about 60 folders and 1000s of pictures.

    I have 21 folders and 1,760 pictures.

    You can store as many photos there as your Hard Drive Disk's capacity  will allow you to?
