    I need a software in which I can store website addresses and Description. Can anybody help me to findout this.

    Firefox allows you to add bookmarks with keywords and a description. Of course, if you want to keep private url's, then I personally just use notepad.

    One nice thing about using Word or Excel - Word works best, in my opinion - is that Word automatically recognizes the URL as a hyperlink.  Therefore, the website can be opened by clicking on the hyperlink in Word.
