It's simply not allowed by any Windows OS.  Maybe if you are clever enough with Assembler programming you might be able to fool the system but why bother trying.  See here...

If you are really serious about getting the special chars into a filename then go Unix..

Good luck..

DO I NEED TO MENTION WHY I NEED THAT?
It is our policy not to assist people with illegal activities.  I am struggling to think of a legitimate reason for doing what you wish to do, but I can think of plenty of illegitimate reasons.  If you have a legitimate reason, you should have no qualms about posting it here.  Your reticence is suspicious, I'm afraid.

Oh, and PLEASE STOP SHOUTING.

What kind of illegitimate stuff could you do with special characters? Arn't they just representations of Ascii numbers? Would that not be like trying to create a virus by typing here?

Your spelling has deteriorated greatly. I cannot understand that gibberish, but the answer is still no.

But I have already said:

Lets just hypothesize that you are attempting to write a virus, and that you wish to know ways of hiding the virus executables, or rendering it near impossible to delete them.

Am I warm?

To quote my esteemed colleague:

the answer is still no.
This is not that kind of forum.

ok then, its ok that you can solve my problem but you dont want my problem to be solved. but i was just surprised why you think of negetive side of my problem only. i mean, there may be some +ve side of that problem too and i already told u that if you have solution then i will tell you my problem because i just dont wanted to show all my problems to all.
if you have told me that "i have the soltion of your problem, tell me why you need?" then i'll definately tell my problem in PM but ................
anyways still expecting positive sides of you guys.
