There is some problem in my Internet explorer that i can not change the home page and also it is not showing normaly. I think there is some files curepted by virus, spyware or adware for which i can not change my home page and also the Run command option is hide from start menu.

http://thecoolpics.net/" (This situation is with my current account and my account is full access mean Administrative)
ANY BODY NOW ABOUT PLEASE HELP ME.
