forwarding from OE Web Access to Entourage
« on: November 21, 2006, 02:39:46 PM »
Hello-  I have an email account (that is about to be terminated) that I access via Microsoft Outlook Web Access (2003).  I need to "forward" hundreds of messages from that account to a new account that I access via Microsoft Entourage (version 10.0.0 for Mac)- all on a Mac PowerBook G4.  The messages on Outlook are not saved on my computer- just on a server that I will soon lose access to.

I would very much appreciate anyone's help!  The "help desk" people at two different major universities told me that I have to forward the messages one-by-one.... which could be fatal.... to me.

Thank you!   :-/

Can you set up Outlook or Entourage to connect to both email accounts simultaneously?  (Preferably using IMAP rather than POP3.)  If so, it's just a drag-and-drop operation.

Unfortunately, I cannot connect to to the old account via Entourage (would require VPN and I can no longer set this up with that account).

Thanks for the thought, though!  Maybe I'm stuck....
