I would like to know how to retrieve and send emails, via Microsoft Outlook 2003, when I am away from my office and can use the internet from a "foreign" computer.

Do you know for sure that Outlook would be installed on a "'foreign' computer"?  Access to your email via web browser, when using a "'foreign' computer", might be your best approach.  Then, when get back home or back to your computer, you can retreive mail that has accumulated.

Can you access your email via web browser?
